iGP's Internet gateway is enabled to download, in real-time, current exchange rates from a merchant acquirer or other financial/foreign exchange service provider. In addition, the Internet gateway terminal is enabled to recalculate the transaction from the local currency (or other currency in which the merchant has priced the transaction) and allows the cardholder/merchant to designate in which currency the transaction will be processed.
